Jesus´sermon on the mount

6:20

But make a store for yourselves in the heavens, where it will not be turned to dust and where thieves do not come in to take away:

Sino hagan un almacen para ustedes mismos en los cielos, donde no va ser devuelto a polvo y donde ladrones no puedan venir para llevarselo:

6:21

For where your wealth is, there also your heart be.

Porque donde su riqueza esta, allí también va a estar su corazón.

6:22

The light of the body is the eye; if then your eye is true, all your body will be full of light.

La luz del cuerpo es el ojo; si entonces su ojo es verdadero, todo su cuerpo va a estar lleno de luz.

6:23

But if your eye is bad, all your body will be dark. If then the light which is in you is dark, how dark it will be!

Pero si su ojo es malo, todo su cuerpo a a estar oscuro. Si entonces la luz que esta en usted es oscura, ¡cuán oscuro va a estar!

6:24

No man is able to be a servant to two masters: for he will have hate for the one and love for the other, or he will keep with one and have no respect for the other. You may not be servants of God and of wealth.

Ningún hombre es capaz de ser un sirviente a dos amos: porque el va a tener odio por uno y amor por el otro, o el va a quedarse con uno y no tener ningún respeto al otro. Ustedes no pueden ser siervos de Dios y de riquezas.

6:25

So I say to you, Do not take too much thought about your life, about the food you eat or about what you drink, nor about clothing fot your body. Is not life more than the food you eat?, and is not the body more than the clothing you put on?

Por eso yo digo a ustedes, no toen demasiado pensamiento acerca de su vida, acerca del alimento que comen o lo que beban, ni acerca de ropa para u cuerpo.¿ No es la vida mas que el elimento que ustdes comen?, y ¿No es el cuerpo mas que la ropa que ustedes se ponen?

6:26

See the birds of heaven; they do not put seeds in the earth, they do not get in grain, or put in store-houses; and yet your Father in heaven gives them food. Are you not of much more value then they?

Vean las aves del cielo; ellas no ponen semilla en la tierra, ellas no recogen granos, o los ponen en almacenes; y no obstante su padre en el cielo les da alimento. ¿No son ustedes de mucho mas valor que ellas?

6:27

And which of you by taking too much thought is able to make himself a inch taller?

¿ Y cual de ustedes mediante tomar demasiado pensamiento es capaz de hacerse un codo mas alto?

6:28

And why are you troubled about clothing? See the flowers of the field, how they come up; they do no work, they make no thread fr their clothes:

Y ¿por que estan ustedes preocupados acerca de la ropa? Vea las flores del campo, como crecen; ellas no trabajan, ellas no hacen hilo para su ropa:

6:29

But I say to you that even Salomon in allhis glory was not clothed like one of these.

Pero yo digo a ustedes que aun Salomón en toda su gloria no fue vestido como una de estas.
