INGLÉS BÁSICO GHIO - LECCIÓN 4
1. NUMEROS ORDINALES
Para formar los números ordinales basta añadir las letras “th” al final del nombre de los números que ya aprendimos (los números cardinales).
Seven significa siete, seventh (se pronuncia sévEnz) significa séptimo.
Hay algunas excepciones a esta regla, pero se notará fácilmente al estudiar las palabras que siguen:
Inglés (pronunciación) – traducción al español

Second (sécond) – segundo
Third (zéeRd) – tercero
Fourth (fóoRz) – cuarto
Fifth (fifz) – quinto
Sixth (síkz) – sexto
Seventh (sévEnz) – séptimo
Eighth (éitz) – octavo
Ninth (náinz) – noveno
Tenth (ténz) – décimo
Eleventh (ilévenz) – undécimo
Twelfth (tuélvz) – duodécimo
